Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking 1:1 mentoring with Jennifer Bernal. We’re committed to helping you build a floral business that is intentional, profitable, and aligned with your values. Please review the following terms before securing your session(s): 📌 General Terms: All mentoring sessions are conducted via Zoom and are scheduled by appointment only. Mentoring is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be certain of your availability and commitment before booking. 📅 Session Policies: For single sessions, the full fee is due upon booking. Reschedules require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice and may only be accommodated once. No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session. For 3-month or 6-month mentorship packages, all sessions must be used within the designated time period. It is the client’s responsibility to schedule and attend sessions within the agreed timeframe. Missed sessions that are not rescheduled with adequate notice will be considered used. Package clients may reschedule up to two times over the course of their program. Additional changes may result in lost sessions at our discretion. 🔒 Confidentiality & Boundaries: All materials, strategies, and resources shared during mentoring are the intellectual property of Jennifer Bernal and House of Bernal. Redistribution is not permitted. We ask that all clients engage in this mentorship respectfully and professionally. Any inappropriate, harassing, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund. 📚 Disclaimer: Mentorship is for educational and strategic support.
